Each project below represents a unique challenge and a tailored solution. We work closely with property owners to deliver outcomes that align with their goals.
A 14-storey office complex in Toronto's midtown corridor was experiencing rising utility costs and outdated HVAC systems. Our team conducted a comprehensive energy audit that revealed significant waste in the building's heating and cooling operations, particularly during seasonal transitions.
We installed a rooftop solar array covering 420 square metres, integrated smart HVAC controls with occupancy-based zoning, and deployed an intelligent building management system that monitors energy consumption in real time. The building's common areas received upgraded LED lighting with daylight-responsive dimming.

This multi-tenant retail complex on Vancouver's waterfront was struggling with inconsistent climate control and high electricity bills driven by outdated mechanical systems. The property management company sought a solution that would improve tenant comfort while reducing shared utility costs.
Our approach included replacing the central HVAC plant with a high-efficiency heat pump system optimized for the coastal climate, installing battery storage to manage peak demand charges, and deploying smart meters for individual tenant units. A centralized monitoring dashboard gives the property manager full visibility into energy flows.

A large distribution warehouse on the outskirts of Calgary required a reliable energy supply for its cold storage operations, especially during winter peak periods when grid electricity prices spike. The facility owner wanted to reduce grid dependency without disrupting daily logistics operations.
We designed a hybrid energy system combining a 150 kW ground-mounted solar array with a 500 kWh lithium-ion battery bank and an intelligent power management controller. The system prioritizes solar generation during daylight hours, stores excess energy for evening and overnight use, and automatically switches to grid power only when necessary. A natural gas backup generator provides additional redundancy for critical cold storage loads.

A newly constructed mixed-use development in Montreal's Griffintown neighbourhood needed a fully integrated smart building platform from day one. The developer wanted tenants to experience modern, automated environments with minimal manual intervention required for climate, lighting, and security.
We partnered with the construction team during the build phase to embed smart sensors, automated blinds, and zone-based climate controls throughout the commercial floors. An IoT-enabled building management platform was configured to learn occupancy patterns and optimize energy use automatically. Retail and office tenants access their own energy dashboards through a custom web portal, promoting accountability and transparency.

Understanding how smart systems interact within a commercial building helps property owners make informed decisions about their upgrade path.
A typical autonomous energy layout includes rooftop or ground-mounted photovoltaic panels connected to string inverters, feeding into a centralized battery management system. The intelligent controller distributes stored energy to high-priority loads first, then routes surplus back to the grid or to secondary building systems. This architecture reduces peak demand charges and provides backup capacity during outages.
The building automation ecosystem connects occupancy sensors, temperature probes, lighting controllers, and air quality monitors through a unified IoT gateway. Data flows to a cloud-based management platform where machine learning algorithms optimize system parameters in real time. Property managers receive alerts, performance reports, and actionable recommendations through a web-based dashboard accessible from any device.
"The team conducted a thorough assessment of our office building and recommended upgrades that made a noticeable difference within the first quarter. The monitoring dashboard they installed gives us clear visibility into where our energy goes every day."
Margaret R.
Property Manager, Toronto
"We were looking for a way to reduce our dependence on grid power for cold storage operations. The hybrid solar and battery system they designed has been performing reliably through two Alberta winters now. Their ongoing support has been excellent."
Daniel K.
Warehouse Operations Director, Calgary
"The smart building integration for our mixed-use development was handled professionally from start to finish. Our commercial tenants appreciate having individual energy dashboards, and the automation has reduced the building management workload significantly."
